Shipping and Returns
The policy lasts 60 days. If 60 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, I can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
To return your product, you should email about the subject with the proof and the product, then an address will be sent to you for you to proceed with the return.
REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I will send you an email to notify you that I have received your returned item. I will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items will not be refunded.
All physical items purchased from this website will have a trackable shipping, for which you will receive a tracking code once your order has been shipped.
Depending on where you live the time of the item’s arrival will differ. You might contact me via email () if you do not receive your item within 30 days.
I am not responsible for any delays occurred by holiday season or any pandemic we might encounter.
I am not responsible for any fees you might encounter once the item arrives to your country.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over 50€, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. There is no guarantee that I will receive your returned item.
